1. About Pitched

Pitched is a platform connecting homeowners in Ireland with trusted tradespeople. We are currently in pre-launch and operating a waitlist for early access.

These terms apply to the waitlist website at pitched.ie. When Pitched fully launches, additional terms will apply to the platform and its services.

2. Waitlist Registration

By joining our waitlist, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• Agree to receive emails about the Pitched launch and occasional updates
• Understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any particular features or launch timing

Waitlist membership is free and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Pitched and protected by Irish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate information on our website. However, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of any information. Information about launch dates, features, or pricing is subject to change.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed €100
